The Town of Addison is seeking a full-time(32-40hrs) Office Assistant, who is a team player and enjoys working with the public. As this position will be the first point of contact in the Town Office, excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible, motivated, highly organized, a self-starter, and have the ability to multi-task.
Basic computer knowledge is necessary as the position utilizes State and private computer programs. Duties include assisting customers; answering phones; issuing various licenses and permits, registering motor vehicles, boats and ATV’s; daily cash receipting; assisting the Town Clerk and Administrative Assistant.
Job will remain open until the right candidate is found.
