All ATV registrations expire June 30th. Any new registrations will need to be completed at the Town Office. Following your transaction, you will receive a confirmation page to print for immediate use. Your official registration and stickers will arrive at the shipping address specified within thirty days.
To obtain a new hunting license in Maine you'll need to prove that you have held a license in a prior year or complete a hunter safety course.

Starting May 1, 2025, anyone with a current Chickadee plate will be required to switch to a Pine Tree or No Tree plate upon renewal. If you would like to keep your current plate number/sequence (including vanity and low-digit plates), you are able to reserve them now. Reserving a plate number/sequence will cost a one-time $25.00 fee.
It is free to search the system for vanity plate availability. Fees will apply to order a vanity plate. Your vehicle must be registered at least 30 days prior to ordering. The BMV will review your vanity plate request. Please allow at least 30 days for processing. Your new plates and registration will be in the mail.
You will need a copy of your current vehicle registration to complete your application.
The cost for a certified copy of a vital record is $15.00 and $6.00 for each additional copy of the same record. The cost for a non-certified copy of a vital record is $10.00 and is stamped "not for legal purposes".
Individuals not listed on the record must prove relationship or demonstrate a direct and legitimate interest in the requested record.
You may order your vital record online through VitalChek or through the Town Office. Requests through the office must be made in person with an application or a mailed written request. Contact the office for more information.
