Permits & Planning

 The Addison Planning Boards meet the first Wednesday of every month at 6 pm at the Town Hall.  Building Permits should be turned into the office by the 20th of the month prior to be on the agenda.  

Please contact the Code Enforcement Officer, Kevin Brodie (207) 263-4243, so that he may do an inspection prior to the meeting. An initial fee of $35 must be paid at the time you submit your building permit application.

Mooring Fees are paid paid annually between January 1st and December 31st.  

Please contact the Addison Town Hall (207) 483-4678 to reach the interim Harbor Master Dean Cirone, with any questions or concerns.

Resident Mooring Fees: $50

Non-Resident Mooring Fees: $125

All moorings paid after December 31st will accrue a late fee.

Late Resident Mooring Fees: $50

Dog registrations are due annually and can be issued on October 15th thru January 31st.  A $25 late fee per dog will be charged on any registrations on February 1st.

You will need to provide the Town Office proof of a current rabies vaccine (or a signed waiver from your vet) and if your furever friend is altered.  If your dog has been altered, there will be a $6 fee.  If your dog has not been altered, there will be a $11 fee.

A $25 Save the date fee is required to reserve the hall.  Deposits are refundable with notice of cancellation two weeks prior.  A security deposit is required for all events and is returned after your event so long as the hall is clean and there is no damage.

You will need to provided a Certificate of Liability Insurance also known as a rider on your homes insurance.  You can get a discount for special event coverage through Gather Guard.
